Your role:
·
Support banking structures in the Credit Risk area in activities such as:
·
estimation, review, recalibration of regulatory, managerial, and IFRS9 models.
·
Risk Governance (ICAAP, ILAAP, RAF, etc.) and Stress Test.
·
Introduction of climate risks into the Risk Management framework.
·
Support control functions (Audit and Validation) in checks on credit risk models and processes.
·
Contribute to the growth of a Practice in the development phase.
Your qualifications and skills
· Degree in Economic-Financial,
Statistical-Mathematical or Engineering field.
· University knowledge and interest in Credit Risk topics (useful to have taken exams in Risk Management).
· Analytical skills and quantitative competencies, knowledge of statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS)
· Enthusiasm, determination, curiosity.
· Emotional intelligence, relational skills, and a propensity for team working.
· Fluency in speaking and writing in English (B2 at least).
