Join our dynamic team as a Canvassing Manager and oversee a high-performing team focused on generating qualified leads for water purification solutions. We're seeking a motivated individual with experience in lead generation and team management to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train a team of canvassers.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through various channels, such as digital marketing and partnerships with local businesses.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead qualification process.
Manage and track the lead generation budget.
Negotiate and close sales deals,



ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Explain contracts and terms to customers, providing clarity and addressing any concerns.
Produce leads in the field with trainees
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation and team management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
