You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and realisation of our backend development projects and will be in charge of the backend team (5 employees).
This also includes promoting the personal and professional development of your team members.
You will enjoy independently developing software modules and creating customised operating systems (keywords: Debos and Yocto).
You will also be responsible for implementing modular signal analysis pipelines and client/ server architectures in C/C++.
Maintaining high quality standards in code and documentation is a matter of course for you - in this respect you will regularly review the code reviews and implement best practices in your area.
You will work closely with the front-end team and other development areas (Hardware, Mechanical Construction, Research) as well as Product Management.
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a scientific degree specialising in computer science.




You have already gained several years of experience in backend development and have experience in leading and developing teams.
You are confident in working with Linux-based operating systems and have good knowledge of C/C++.
Ideally, you have already gained some experience with OPC-UA.
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
