Your Role
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, ensuring the individual needs of patients are met.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patient progress effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, developing and implementing tailored care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Registered Nursing degree and eligibility to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
Proficiency in spoken and written Italian is essential.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families.
Strong organizational, assessment, and problem-solving abilities.
