For our European Business Group, we are looking for a
Customer Solution Engineer (m/f/d)
in our Milano office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
Responsibilities:
Support application development projects in different industries to help introduce our products and grow the market in the EMEA region
Identify customer needs, hold online and offline meetings, and provide technical solutions with required documentation, in close collaboration with internal experts.
Support the initiation and coordination of technical projects with customers and partners
Support customer-led trials, production processes and co-development activities
Manage the complaint handling process
Monitor market and technology trends to find new application ideas and business opportunities and share insights to help the team prepare for the future
Experience Requirements / Competencies
:
Successfully completed Bachelor's,



Master's or Doctor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related technical field
Polyolefins business experiences preferred
Excellent analytical, presentation and communication abilities
Structured, responsible, independent and growth mindset
Business fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written), proficiency in French, or Spanish is an advantage
Confident handling of common MS Office programs
Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer, service and solution-oriented work attitude
Willingness to travel about 50 % within EMEA without VISA Issue and a class B driving license
