Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding high-end coffee machines.
Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products, emphasizing their features and benefits.

Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain reliable customer records.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
Gather customer feedback and propose improvements in service processes.
Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or technical product sector.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
