Responsibilities
Respond promptly to emergency calls from Italian-speaking customers seeking roadside assistance.
Assess the situation and provide guidance to customers while dispatching appropriate services.
Communicate effectively to ensure customers feel supported and informed throughout the assistance process.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the company's system.
Work closely with the roadside assistance team and local service providers to deliver timely solutions.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of roadside assistance protocols.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
A commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
