Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding the online streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries about account management, subscription plans, content availability, and troubleshooting.
Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues as needed.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems and enhance service quality.
Stay informed about new content releases and platform features to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or tech industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers in a user-friendly manner.
Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
