As an End User Support Specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients by resolving their queries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
Offer outstanding support to end users in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Provide training and guidance to users on utilizing various applications and systems effectively.
Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements for service efficiency.
Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the support.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product updates to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with strong communication skills both written and spoken.
Experience in an end user support role or in customer service is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote assist tools is a significant plus.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
