This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and seek to assist Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries and needs in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues effectively and professionally.
Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards and improve client experiences.




Identify areas for service improvement and get involved in discussions for enhancing customer support processes.
Stay updated on product information to provide accurate and relevant details to clients.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
