Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
Assist customers with account management, order placements, and issue resolution efficiently and courteously.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive team environment.
Stay informed about product details, promotions,
and brand initiatives to effectively assist customers.
Adapt to a multicultural workplace and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable.
Experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a multicultural environment.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to handle customer inquiries with care.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
