As a member of our client solutions team, you will be the primary point of contact for our Irish-speaking clients, assisting them in addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in client relationship management will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support, fostering long-lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison for Irish-speaking clients, understanding their individual requirements.
Respond promptly to client inquiries while providing effective solutions and support.




Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and implement client solutions.
Gather and relay client feedback to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients regarding our products and services.
Stay informed about industry developments and our solutions to provide informed assistance.
Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.
Capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service quality.
