Join Mercier Consultancy MD as a Dutch Soft Sales Care representative, where you will have the exciting opportunity to work remotely from Bulgaria with paid relocation! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a knack for customer service and can effectively engage clients through soft sales techniques. You will play a crucial role in enriching the customer journey while promoting our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and queries from Dutch-speaking customers, delivering outstanding support and information.
Employ a soft sales methodology to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in our CRM system.




Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine sales approaches and enhance overall customer experience.
Engage in ongoing training sessions to further develop your sales skills and product familiarity.
Proficiency in Dutch (oral and written) is mandatory; English language skills are a plus.
Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or related role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with effective time management skills and the ability to meet targets.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking is beneficial.
Possess a positive, empathetic attitude with a strong desire to assist customers.
Must be open to relocating and living in Bulgaria.
