Your mission
Support the execution of the local strategy by analyzing data and producing reports that enable effective decision-making
Lead selected legal, accounting, and financial activities
Assist the Managing Director with administrative matters related to the legal entity
Manage the administrative side of public and private RFI/RFQ processes
Oversee contract management and commercial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with Operations on benchmarking, reporting, pricing strategy, and coordination with local authorities
Lead specific projects across the full lifecycle to support strategy execution
Work with central and local teams to manage the financial aspects of investments in charging hubs, aligned with our business models
Support and lead the financial gate approval process, including preparation and presentation of key financial indicators to the Management Team
Your profile
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes and implementing best practices
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficiency in CRM systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken
Willingness to travel for business (up to 20%)
Knowledge of the energy transition sector (e.g., renewable energy, e-mobility) is a strong plus
