You're the calm in the kitchen chaos. The one who keeps things moving, plates looking sharp, and standards sky-high even when the heat is on. As our Demi Chef de Partie, you'll team up with the Chef de Partie to bring dishes to life that people actually remember. Not just cooking, but crafting, refining, and getting better every single service.
You'll own your station, keep it tight, and jump in wherever needed to keep the kitchen flowing. This is where you sharpen your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and start carving your own path in the kitchen.

What You'll Do
Prepare and cook dishes that hit the mark every time
Set up your station so you're ready before the first order drops
Support the Chef de Partie in running your section smoothly
Keep plates consistent, clean, and looking great
Work side by side with the team to keep service flowing
Help guide junior chefs when they need a hand
Keep your workspace spotless and organized
Keep an eye on stock and reduce waste where you can
What You'll Have
You have culinary training or hands-on kitchen experience
You bring 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
You know your way around food safety and hygiene standards
You stay focused and steady, even when things get busy
You enjoy working as part of a team and communicate clearly
You speak English, and any local language is a plus
