Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the industrialization of new semiconductor packages in high-volume backend manufacturing. You will drive process development, qualification, and a smooth transition from development to production while meeting business targets. You will work with R&D;, Product Quality, and suppliers to establish robust, scalable processes. This position offers impactful work in a modern, multicultural, tech-focused environment and a clear path to shape manufacturing at scale. A relocation package supports candidates moving to Malta. Benefits * Design, develop, qualify, and industrialize new assembly processes for semiconductor packaging across markets (Industrial, Automotive, Space) * Lead transition of new process designs from prototype to high-volume production * Apply DOE, advanced statistical methods, and AI/ML to establish robust processes * Collaborate with R&D;,
