We are looking for a talented and motivated
Art Director
to join our creative team in Milan. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong visual culture, a passion for design, and a hands-on approach to developing high-quality communication projects across digital and offline touchpoints.
Role Overview
The Art Director will support the creative team in the development and execution of visual communication projects, contributing to brand identity systems, campaigns, social media content, presentations, and marketing materials.
We are looking for someone who combines strong aesthetic sensibility with practical execution skills, is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for digital and offline communication projects.
Design and adapt assets across multiple channels, including social media, digital campaigns, presentations, events, and print materials.
Contribute to the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, content creators, and production teams.
Support the development of pitch materials and client presentations.
Produce high-quality visual assets while maintaining attention to detail and brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Explore and integrate emerging creative technologies, including AI-powered tools and workflows.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and proactively bring new ideas, references, and inspirations to the team.
Support video editing and motion-related projects when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, digital communication, and visual design.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus).
Experience with video editing and digital content production.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
Strong understanding of both online and offline communication systems.
Excellent visual taste, attention to detail, and understanding of typography, composition, and design principles.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the wider team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive attitude, enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned projects.
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
