Experteer Overview As a Technical Application Engineer for Promat, you translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial environments. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to design, test and document technically robust solutions. The role supports projects from design through after-sales, ensuring adherence to industry standards and continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to global markets and opportunities to influence product applications and customer outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits * Provide technical application support to customers and colleagues * Develop compliant insulation and refractory solutions * Interpret customer requirements and specifications * Support projects from design through to after-sales * Prepare and review technical documentation * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations * Respond to technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues * Collaborate with Sales, Product Management,
