Ensure service continuity and meet SLA targets Provide 24/7 on-call support for incident and problem management Maintain cybersecurity compliance in line with CBS guidelines Oversee lifecycle management of IP technologies Develop automation tools to streamline operations and delivery Good knowledge of IP protocols: OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN Hands-on experience with Cisco platforms: ASR9K, Nexus 9K, NCS (IOS-XR, IOS-XE, NX-OS) Familiarity with virtualization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins Understanding of SDN, NFV, and network security principles Cisco CCNA-level certifications (or equivalent training) are a plus
