This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering top-notch customer support. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers in navigating their tech-related inquiries, providing assistance in Italian.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Provide accurate information on product features, specifications, and user troubleshooting.
Assist customers with technical issues, helping them to resolve their problems efficiently.
Document customer interactions effectively and maintain records in our CRM system.




Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer complaints and provide solutions.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance the customer experience.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech industry, is desirable.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Good problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
