Responsibilities / Tasks
Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and deviations from standards.
Act as an inter?functional facilitator to promote and implement corrective measures.
Track the progress of corrective actions and ensure alignment with established plans.
Design quality standards and processes when needed, both internally and externally (e.g., at suppliers' sites).
Develop quality gate systems and define appropriate corrective actions.
Participate in all required meetings to ensure proper Business Unit quality governance.
Work autonomously with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
Manage the full claim?handling process.




A successful Quality Engineer will demonstrate strong investigative and troubleshooting abilities, ensuring that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in Quality Engineering or a similar role.
Experience with coding and digital tools (Power BI, Apps, SAP, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem?solving abilities.
Solid project management skills.
English proficiency at level B2
