WHO WE LOOK FOR
?
We are looking for a a Digital Campaign Intern (f/m/d) from March **** onwards, who is a true #digitalnative and has a passion for navigating the complex world of online marketing. As part of our international team of Digital Campaign Experts, you'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign setup and optimization, all with the goal of maximizing efficiency and keeping our customers happy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
?
You'll take ownership of the entire campaign management process – from strategic planning and setup using our internal Campaign Management tools, to continuous optimization and in-depth analysis via our BI systems.
In addition, your main focus will be on setting up and optimizing Outbrain and Google Ads Display campaigns. With your expertise in digital marketing, you'll create campaigns that truly stand out and deliver measurable results.
Monitoring key performance indicators such as CPC, CTR, and contribution margins will be a central part of your work, helping you to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.
Using data-driven insights, you'll continuously refine and elevate campaign outcomes, translating analytics into actionable recommendations and clear performance reports.
Collaboration is key – you'll work closely with our Sales Team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies, supporting lead generation and conversion efforts with your expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
?
You're a true Display Ads pro — with experience in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Outbrain (or a similar platform). Bonus points if you've already worked with Meta Ads.
You've gained your first experience in Online Marketing, Social Media Management or in a similar digital marketing role — and you're ready to take things to the next level.
You're passionate about online marketing, love digging into KPIs, and know how to turn insights into better performance.
Your mindset: hands-on, efficient,
and results-driven — you live by the motto "Done is better than perfect."
You're a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, taking ownership, and growing with new challenges.
You're fluent in English (spoken and written).
