Purpose of the Position As Process Engineer you will be part of the ENCAR Process and Technologies Function. In particular, you will be part of the Upstream Processing Technologies Department and you will take part in onshore and/or floater projects for different engineering phases (Feasibility, FEED, EPC). Responsibilities * Develop process activities such as heat and material balances using simulation software. * Create process flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstocks into on?specification products. * Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems. * Define and size equipment and instrumentation, and prepare relevant process data sheets and package duty specifications. * Develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;). * Produce cause and effect matrix. * Write control narratives and logic sequences. * Define the utilities requirements and associated systems design. * Participate in multidisciplinary project reviews such as P&IDs; review and HAZOP. Qualifications Education: Master's Degree in chemical engineering or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years as a process engineer within the oil & gas sector, preferably with experience in LNG, CCUS, FPSO, and/or gas treating units and technologies. Languages: Proficient in English (writing, reading, speaking). Technical/IT Skills:
Experience with simulation software such as Aspen Hysys and Aspen Plus. Other: Willingness to travel abroad and work in multicultural teams.
