Experteer Overview As a Treasury Senior Specialist you will lead end-to-end treasury initiatives across functions and geographies to optimize liquidity, risk management, and efficiency. You will drive transformation projects, implement banking and treasury solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support strategic objectives. Retribuzione / Benefits * Lead treasury projects from initiation to execution and post-implementation review * Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business needs * Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and external banks * Manage governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and reporting to senior management * Ensure on?time delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations * Develop project documentation, process maps, and implementation plans * Support and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships * Monitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting,



and working capital initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities * Assist in cash pooling, in?house banking, and payment factory implementations * Lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations (Piteco, SAP) and enhancements * Coordinate bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, payment platforms) * Support ERP integration projects affecting treasury processes * Drive automation and standardization across treasury operations * Collaborate with IT to define system requirements, testing plans, and deployment activities Responsabilità * Proven experience managing end-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives * Strong knowledge of treasury processes, banking products, liquidity structures, and risk management * Experience with Treasury Management Systems; Piteco experience mandatory * Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field * 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury, cash management, treasury consulting, or treasury operations * Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus * Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics * Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Nice to have professional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) Requisiti fondamentali * Meal tickets * Lavoro da remoto #J-*****-Ljbffr
