Your Role:
Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care.
Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Get familiar with our client systems to deliver high-quality service efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools for remote work.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Eligible to work (remotely) in Greece.
