Per potenziamento del team assistenza tecnica stiamo cercando una figura che, riportando direttamente al responsabile, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Identificare problematiche sulle macchine duplicatrici
Effettuare riparazioni
Supportare telefonicamente e tramite web i clienti per la risoluzione di problematiche
Gestire i ticket
Si richiede:
Diploma in ambito tecnico
Dimestichezza con gli strumenti da banco
Conoscenza di sistemi di gestione dei ticket




Preferibilmente esperienza in ambito assistenza tecnica/riparazione
Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca sia parlata che scritta
