Engineering/Business Degree or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, or Logistics
Fluent communication in English and Italian is mandatory
Position Summary
Global exposure: Manage shipments and maintain strong relationships with distributors and affiliates worldwide. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, international environment with visibility across global operations.

A day in the life of the Customer Service & Logistic Specialist
Maintain daily contact with WH/ factory/ IMSP & supply planner/ T-hub and transport partners
Main activities on a daily/weekly basis: order management, load optimization, product stock verification, Dispatch plan, interface with T-hub, export document
Having front-end contact with key stakeholders: we expect you to find proactive solutions to logistic issues and to be a trustful and insightful partner for CS / Logistic team within EA affiliates, to reach a common goal
Handle claims and returns, resolving load issues directly with transporters and forwarders.
Conducting KPI reporting and perform analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
What will make you successful?
Degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and proactive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools (Excel, Power Query/Power BI); SAP knowledge is a plus
Team player with the ability to work under deadlines
Fluent in Italian and advanced English; additional languages are a plus
