As a Customer Expert, you will provide exceptional assistance to Italian-speaking passengers, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking airline passengers through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related requests.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery.

Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and current industry trends to provide accurate information.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
