As a Customer Agent, you will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in Italian across phone, email, and chat channels.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate product information.
