Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to online media content, subscriptions, and platform features in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and billing concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
Resolve complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in the online media sector.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online media, digital content, or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
