What will be your mission?
As
Hostess,
you will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results.
What will you do?
Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations.
Greet guests and accompany them to their table.
Monitor the table rotation.
Prepare the mise-en-place and assist in setting up the area.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Excellent guest service skills.
Good level of English both verbal and written.
