The division is globally recognized for its expertise in emergency lighting, fire detection, alarm, notification, and mass notification systemsu****supporting safe evacuation and regulatory compliance across demanding commercial and institutional environments.nnTo support our continued growth, we are seeking a Key Account Specification Engineer.nnIn this strategic role, the Key Account Specification Engineer is responsible for developing and strengthening a robust network of key specification stakeholders within an assigned territory, with a focus on commercial and institutional building projects for the Fire and Emergency Lighting business. These stakeholders typically include engineering consultancies, design authorities, and major endu****users managing standardized portfolios or highu****value developments.nn## What youu****ll do:nn * Secure early-stage visibility of projects and proactively influence planning to embed Eaton solutions into specificationsn * Identify, track, and manage projects where Eaton is not yet specified, ensuring accurate capture in Salesforcen * Share project intelligence across internal stakeholders to enable effective collaboration with Project Sales Engineers, agents, back-office teams,



and other departmentsn * Prioritise high-impact opportunities using a growth mindset and data-driven decision-making to accelerate project conversionn * Mobilise Eatonu****s internal capabilities with agility to drive rapid progression across the project pipelinen * Expand the application of Eatonu****s Solution Spaces, ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term business objectivesn * Manage the role across Northern Italy, with a particular focus on the Lombardy regionnnnn## Qualifications:nn * Professional technician with a bacheloru****s or masteru****s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a justifiable equivalent qualificationn * Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial u**** Institutional (Cu****I) building projectsn * Proven experience in electrical design and/or project management for large Cu****I projects, particularly in Emergency Lighting and/or Fire Systems, or justifiable equivalent experiencen * Strong knowledge of bestu****inu****class consultants, designers, and contractors within the Cu****I sectornnnn## Skills:nn * Lead qualification and opportunity assessmentn * Territory, account, and pipeline managementn * Relationship management with consultants and key specifiersn * Discovery, needs analysis, and project qualificationn * Specification concept development and technical transfern * Opportunity, bid/nou****bid, and quote managementn * Crossu****functional collaboration and sales enablementCRM (Salesforce), process optimization,
