Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking Danish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Sofia. If you are fluent in Danish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment. You will assist Danish-speaking customers by providing accurate information, solving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.




Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
