Our technology starts with you.nnYOUR ROLE nnAs a key player within STu****s Corporate Audit u**** Risk Organisation, you will be responsible for supporting the activities of Corporate Risk in defining and deploying the company ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) roadmap and framework within the wider context of STu****s strategic direction. This involves working closely with Executive Management, Corporate and Business functions as well as a global network of ERM professionals (u201cERM Championsu201d) and other ST stakeholders to contribute to STu****s overall success in a global VUCA business context. nnThis position requires the ability to understand the semiconductor industry, relevant regulatory evolutions, STu****s business model and strategy as well as strong networking and communication skills. nnThe role is open to different seniority levels based on experience.



nnTasks include supporting the activities of Corporate Risk in the following dimensions:nnCorporate Risk Roadmapnn * Identifying new activities or improvement opportunities to further serve our internal stakeholders and increase the strategic relevance of ERM nnnnCompany-wide ERM processnn * Supporting the Corporate Risk Owners in developing suitable response plans to priority risks n * Performing specific risk assessment on transformation and other strategic companyu****s programmes n * Writing position papers on emerging risk areas nnnnRisk management dimension of the company sustainability agenda, includingnn * Maintaining and enhancing the ESG Double Materiality Assessment as per the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), preparing documentation for external auditing n * Maintaining and enhancing the ST France u201cDuty of Careu201d risk assessment, supporting the publication of ST France Vigilance Plann * Enhancing ESG risk management at site leveln * Gaining deep understanding of sustainability mattersnnnnOrganisation-level ERM processnn * Liaising closely with the network of ERM champions in order to drive Organisation-level risk management (risk maps in approximately 20 organisations)n * Organising monthly ERM Community calls and the annual conference of ERM champions nnnnRisk disclosuresnn * Drafting disclosures (e.g. Form 20-F for the NYSE, European Integrated Report, CDPu****) nnnnRisk policies, methodologies and systemsnn * Proposing a roadmap to further digitalise ERM processes n * Maintaining and upgrading the risk information system, and support users nnnnYOUR SKILLS u**** EXPERIENCEnnExperiencenn * A minimum of 7 years of professional experience n * In a Risk Management or related role in a leading organisation n * In a diverse,
