Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a passionate Italian Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support and solutions to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer issues.
Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.




Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
