The Tax Expert will act as the primary tax advisor for VST, responsible for managing and overseeing tax compliance and advisory activities for the company's operations. The resource will ensure that the company adheres to local tax laws, multinational tax regulations, and international tax treaties while providing strategic tax planning and insights to support business decisions. The role is crucial in ensuring the company's tax risks are effectively managed and its tax obligations are met efficiently. The Tax Expert will serve as the single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with approximately 900 employees in Italy that performs activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He or she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.Chi sei
Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes matters and filing activities
Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing mechanisms and ability to work with Group to align VST matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise management effectively
Proficiency in tax research and document management
Ability to align tax strategies with corporate objectives and local tax regulatory landscape
Must have technical / professional qualifications
A bachelor's degree in taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax boutiques/in?house
Familiar with VAT, direct and indirect taxes and transfer pricing
Fluency in English and Italian

Starting salary will be at least €43,400 + PDR. This figure represents the starting point only;
the final offer will depend on individual skills, experience, and potential assessed during the process, and the benchmarking information for the position's reward level.
