Accounts Receivable Specialist – part of the Finance team. Responsibilities include managing client accounting, recording receipts, reconciling accounts, and supporting periodic closings. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and quality of Finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Record and control active cycle accounting entries and related administrative operations.
Process payment entries and verify accurate receipt accounting.
Assist with monthly and annual closing activities to ensure punctual and accurate Finance data.
Conduct accounting and bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and help resolve them.
Manage client disputes and coordinate with relevant functions for effective and timely resolutions.
Ensure accounting of corporate operations complies with internal procedures.
Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with other business teams to resolve administrative and accounting issues, fostering clear information flow.
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
4–5 years of experience in accounting.
Excellent command of English.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
Experience using SAP.
Experience in general accounting functions.
Precision, reliability, and the ability to manage recurring accounting tasks within deadlines.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude with internal and external stakeholders.
Contractual Information
Subordinated employment contract, permanent.
Full?time (40 hours per week).
Work location: Induno Olona (VA).
Annual Gross Salary: €38,000 – €45,000, determined by objective, neutral criteria.

Applicable collective bargaining agreement: CCNL Industria Alimentare.
