Job Overview
We are looking for a
Vendor Tooling Analyst
to support our programs from development to SOP, ensuring
cost accuracy, tracking and continuous improvement across vendor tooling activities
.
If you enjoy working with data, understanding industrial processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, this role offers strong visibility and impact within a global automotive environment.
Responsibilities
Collects target, sourcing and changes data per commodity using all available Stellantis tools ( such as: Cost Books, PLM, SAP, GST, Chrono), interacting with Project Economics Manager, Total Production Cost leader, and Project Leaders




Identifies the drifts of the forecast vs. target and vs. awards
Investigates the reasons for drifts, supporting and encouraging lessons learned activities
Implements Vendor Tooling (VT) database with awards
Supports elaboration of VT expenses framing from IM to CM using available archetypes, scope sheets, and Visual Bill of Material
Supports the forecast to framing convergence activities
Supports the update of the archetypes using the collected data
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2–5 years of experience, including
automotive exposure
Understanding of
automotive systems and terminology
Knowledge of
tooling processes (molds, dies) is a strong plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to
synthesize complex data
Advanced Excel skills (
VBA is a plus
)
Knowledge of
European data systems and tools
Fluent in
English and Italian (B2 level minimum)
Offer
Salary range: from ******€ to *****€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
