As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.We are a team of more than **** employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.At Salewa we are looking for a PR & Communications Senior Specialist who will support earned media visibility, brand storytelling, and cultural relevance across key markets.Working closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, Digital and regional teams, this role supports the execution of PR and communications activities across product launches, brand campaigns, athlete and creator storytelling, events, media relations, and community activations.Tasks and responsibilitiesSupport the execution of global PR and communications strategies aligned with brand and commercial prioritiesManage media relations including outreach to journalists, editors, creators and key opinion leaders across outdoor, sport, lifestyle and fashion mediaCoordinate seasonal PR activities including press releases, media kits, product seeding and campaign amplification, supporting product launches across key marketsSupport brand storytelling and narrative development across mountain sports, innovation, sustainability, athletes and communityEnsure consistency of messaging and tone of voice in collaboration with Brand and Creative teamsSupport creation of press materials and campaign assets and help extend Salewa's visibility beyond outdoor media into lifestyle and culture conversationsSupport communication activities related to athletes, creators and Salewa PeopleCoordinate PR support for events, activations,



partnerships and community experiencesManage product seeding processes with media and creators in coordination with internal stakeholdersMonitor relevant trends, communities and cultural conversationsSupport coordination with regional PR agencies and local marketing teams on seasonal toolkits and communication prioritiesSupport rollout of global communication assets and consolidate market feedback and coverage resultsMonitor media coverage and brand visibility and support reporting of PR performanceProfile3–5+ years of experience in PR, Communications, Brand Marketing or Media Relations, preferably within outdoor, sporting goods, lifestyle, fashion or premium consumer brandsStrong understanding of the global media landscape across outdoor, sport, fashion, lifestyle and digital cultureExperience working with PR agencies, editors, creators, athletes or brand partnersExcellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and project management skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environmentPassion for mountain and outdoor sportsVery good English and German skills, Italian is a plusAnnual Gross Base Salary Range******€ - ******€ + additional target premio 5-10% of base salary.Compensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities.
