Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming communications from Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Provide comprehensive information on services and products, assisting clients in making informed decisions.
Process client inquiries and bookings, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
Work collaboratively with the support and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues.




Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transaction details within our CRM system.
Stay updated on local cultural trends and offerings to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
