If you are fluent in Italian and have a passion for helping customers, we want you on our team! In this role, you will provide vital support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, all while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.




Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Stay informed about product knowledge and any updates to best assist customers.
Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); English language skills are advantageous.
Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
