This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, coordinating security personnel, and identifying and assessing potential risks.nnThis includes:nn * Setting up the function and implementing Vodafone Corporaten * Security policies u**** best practice in VSTn * Direct responsibility for all Corporate Security operational activities and advice across VST business and functionn * Sponsor and coordinator of local Corporate Security agendan * Support the engagement with external stakeholders on VST operational Corporate Security mattersn * Support Property, Facilities u**** Security manager in all on site building activities in all VST lcoations and ensure consistency between implemented measures and Group policies.n * Focus: Mitigating all types of threats, ensuring compliance with broader regulations, and managing the overall Corporate Security posture, often reporting to leadership.n * Key Activities: Overseeing guards, developing emergency plans, managing risk across departments, and aligning corporate security with business goals.n * Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with IT Security, Legal, Property, Procurement, HR and business functions.nnn * Key accountabilities and decision ownershipn * Leading support to VST (as required)
in all operational matters regarding:n * Business Continuityn * Crisis Management, n * Personnel and Physical Securityn * Fraud Managementn * Supplier securityn * Security Awarenessn * Access managementn * BEMS u**** Security devices nn * Responsible for the production and delivery of local strategies, internal policies, advice and consultancy in the above functional areas in line with Group policies and local lawsn * Secretary to the VST Crisis Management Teamn * Supporting the reporting manager to engage on these issues with governments, international organisations and NGOs.nnnnKey performance indicators nn * Development and reporting of corporate security KPIs in line with Group Corporate security requirementsn * Recognition from Internal Functions u**** Businesses units of the quality of advice and consultancy provided on security issues in the areas of competence listed above.n * Recognition from Compliance, Internal Audit and other functions of the maintenance of the highest policy standards in the areas of competence listed above.nnnn## Who you arennCore competencies, knowledge and experiencenn * Highly developed leadership skills, especially in an international environment.n * Experience of the full range of corporate security risks and mitigation strategies, processes and systems.n * Effective communication and influence skills,
deployable at all levels of the organisation in a matrix structure.n * Fluent in English and Italian.n * Ability to act coolly and effectively as the leader in fast-moving and complex security operationsnnnnMust have technical / professional qualifications: nn * Professional and/or academic qualifications in operational security risk managementn * Or significant relevant experience operating at a senior level in an operational security environmentnnnnNice to have: CBCI / CBCP u**** Certified Business Continuity, ISO or other certifications relevant in the fieldnn## Not a perfect fit?nnWorried that you donu****t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
