As an Italian Player Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our Italian-speaking players, assisting them with their inquiries, troubleshooting their issues, and ensuring a top-notch gaming experience. Join our vibrant team and help enhance our gaming community!
Your Key Responsibilities
Offer exceptional support to Italian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.
Collect feedback from players to inform improvements in our gaming services and product offerings.
Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support system.
Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline operational processes and enhance problem-solving.




Contribute to the development and execution of best practices for player support.
Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
A strong passion for gaming with insight into current gaming trends and communities.
Prior experience in customer support or a related role in gaming is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage players.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving player queries.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to adapt in the fast-paced environment of the gaming industry.
