Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Irish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Effectively address inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring accurate and helpful information is conveyed.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain clear records for future reference.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide customers with the best support possible.
Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
