Key Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries related to products, services, and company policies promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to customer needs.




Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support provided.
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
Able to work independently while effectively contributing to a team-oriented environment.
