Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Respond to inquiries related to products and services with clear and accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer service processes.
Keep up to date with product updates and company policies to provide precise support.
Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
