This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch/Flemish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting our Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients with their inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
Handle product and service-related inquiries, providing clear and comprehensive information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is advantageous.
