You are responsible for the ongoing development of our
software development processes
and design the required
workflows, tools
and
standards
. You also manage our tool landscape, such as Azure DevOps, and ensure high data quality. In addition, you
define and visualize key metrics
to create transparency and support informed decision?making.
You have
experience as a software developer within a team
, a solid understanding of software development processes, and you work in a structured and data-driven manner. You have also already
worked as a Scrum Master
or completed training in this field. Excellent
English skills
round off your profile. The role can also be performed in a remote?work arrangement.
