As a Dutch Speaking Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking client base. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Manage client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring swift resolutions.
Keep detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate ongoing support.




Collaborate with different internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and expedite issue resolution.
Stay informed about company products and services to provide comprehensive assistance to clients.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A problem-solving attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
A friendly disposition and a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
Readiness to relocate to Greece, taking advantage of our paid relocation package.
