Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored support.
Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively.
Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records to ensure seamless follow-up.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and proactively resolve any potential concerns.
Work in collaboration with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service quality.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes to offer informed insights to clients.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
